Disable diplomacy button

I have seen that in some maps the diplomacy button is disabled. How can I achieve this?

I want to prevent players from sending gold and wood to each other.

There should be a Game - Disable Trading (or something like that) under triggers.

Otherwise, Advanced > Gameplay Constants > Ally Trading > Set to 0 (control click and normal click)
