I have two maps, both have a lot - I mean A LOT of customized spells, doodads, units, blah. When I say customized I do not mean imported models, I mean objects which I fine tuned, modified color, size, abilities, blah on. Its been a few months since the last time I used the editor. I know I can copy and past 1 (one, singular) object from one map to the other - this would be a lengthy process. I would like a 'fast' and 'easy' way to take the customized stuff from both maps and combine them on a new map. Any way to do that? |

Object Editor --> Export All Object Data save A open B Object Editor --> Import All Object Data save B |

Yeah, that doesn't work, Trollz. The import of map A's stuff will over-write all of map B's object data. The best thing to do, Wraithwynd, is to pick whichever map has more object data and import that data, then copy the objects from the other map over manually. |

NewGen WE has a merge object data command. I've never actually used it, but you should check it out. |

Ouch - there is no 'smaller' map in this case - least ways not by much. I'll hunt up the NewGen. Thanks all |
