Need Help To Import/Export Animations :)

Hi there people i'm working on some One Piece models like Tony tony chopper but it has any attack animation and i have some models with some there could be nice my questions is:1 what program shall i use 2 how can i do it 3 can i see pictures(i learn more out of pictures) but anyways THANKS
