Resuceable Villages

In LoC you will find lots of neutral units and buildings which can be persuade to join your forces if they do not do so willingly.

In this example, a pack of Gray Wolves guards an abandoned village.
Once the Gray Wolves have been destroyed, an Imperial Knight is given' the order to move onto the Circle of Power.

If he successfully get's to stand there for 30 seconds without leaving or getting killed; the village will join your foces and will start producing gold and lumber for your cause.
And you will be able to rebuild the Ruined Towers. This may prove to be a good idea, since another player can at any time attempt to take the village from you.
If a unit he or she owns stands in the Circle of Power for 30 seconds.
So, you might want to keep your village defended.

That is one isolated village btw

But I like the idea of resuceable stuff, perhaps you should place in certain places if you know what I mean by advantage points

Its beautiful, its simple but still complete beautiful.

I got an idea to improve the visual of the lumber mill. Use workers that have the ability locust, then make the go from the lumber mill to the trees. Play their chop lumber animation then make them go back. And use their lumber carry animation.

The first one seems like a very interesting point if you control the other "ends"

I like it how there are some large control points where players will focus most of their forces on and invest money in defending but at the same time there are a lot of small points as well that can't be easily towered and require your attention. Lesser players will just turtle in the big ones while better players will multitask and keep raiding the small ones in order to get an edge. Seems a lot more interesting than having just a bunch of equaly strong control points.

Also, the control points are similar in function (so new players can figure out the game easily, once they know what one village does they know what they all do), yet diverse in size and defendability (so even veteran players can always learn new expansion tactics), so the game should be easy to learn yet hard to master, which is great.

I quite like that, though the top seems undefendable.

No need to defend that spot.
That way leads on to the expansion of Lands of Conflict

Will you be able to choose your icon for the leaderboard? Or will it be chosen depending on your location/player slot?

The icon displayed for each player on the multiboard will be choosen by faction/color.

However, please ignore the current displayed multiboard.
It's not complete yet.
