Fjord Kingdom (four seasons)

This was done for a contest @ hive.

Four seasons: Summer - Autumn - Winter - Spring

The spring looks "unspringy". It looks more of a winter\autumn, because of the rain and the "dead" colors.

But... it rains in the spring 0.o

That's what I think of when I think spring, rain and flowers. "Dead" trees with a new coat of leaves growing on them. At least where I live. There are both of those in the spring one.

I heer u liek waterfalls.

Let's see, Summer brings a nice feel the combination of trees is quite likeable.

Fall is toooo dark, therefore it is difficult to judge, but hey, the keep looks nice =x.

Winter's water 'flows' better than Summer and the sky looks like a blizzard! Which i like.

Spring, as deathly as it may look, is pretty nice. Not my favorite, however.

The Knight statues (and some of the trees) have the illusion of floating, but i'm sure they're on a plateau ;p

i really only like summer. one, its easy to see and bright. two, the rest are the same thing but harder to see. it all looks nice, if a bit crowded other then the boats. the wake ruins it and you should add a warship or something for variety.

Please use custom models all around. The castle and all looks bad within the forest of custom trees.

I think it looks fine... If I wanted to use custom everything why the hell would I terrain in Warcraft? :\

Haha, that might be an exaggeration lol. Well anyways it's really hard to make jagged cliffs in WC3 while avoiding rockspam. Maybe that's something I can put more effort into next time I make a terrain.

Summer -> Simply amazing. With such a great forest all around it looks really, really EPIC.

Autumn -> Why the heck is it so dark? There's like this cool moonlight kind of affect on the castle which is great, but you can hardly see the trees so it's meh.

Winter -> Would be better IMO if it was snowing, now it just looks like an average day...which is good I guess, but it's kinda too white.

Spring -> Captures the atmosphere fantastically, though I don't like how gloomy it looks.

All in all, great work. Keep it up (summer one is fucking epic)!
