The Battle for Azgalor
(A four-player co-operative mission)

Every ten thousand years, the bottomless pits of the Outland fill with tears. These drops fall from the sightless eyes of those who have given their lives fighting the Demon Azgalor in ages past. Once again, the grim caldera is brimming with the weeping of long-dead soldiers. Now, as Azgalor is reborn on the peak of the monolith that shares his name, four generals must be selected to march into battle against a common foe in the aeons-old battle for Azgalor.

Defend your nation. Give up your life. Save your reality, today!

This is the first map I've made that I feel other people might enjoy playing. Its a four player co-operative game, facing off against 7 computer-controlled armies. The computer controlled armies consist of such exotic factions as "Fel orcs", "Naga", and "Pirates", as well as numerous powerful hero/bosses. In contrast, the human-controlled armies start in essentially the same situation as they would in a melee game, with the exception that all factions can build shipyards, foundries and a navy in order to reach Azgalor's amies and main base.

All of this is pretty well explained in-game.

I'm seeking to improve this map, and gauge possible interest for a 'co-operative campaign' further down the track.

CREDITS:
I made this map on my own, although I did use the "Gruntmaster" and "Wyrm Monger" AI Scripts that came with my editor.

The answer to that is a qualified 'yes'. I don't really have the code-skillz to change the way the computer plays based on 'whether or not there's only one human player', if that's what you're hoping :) If you play this map by yourself, you gain control of all four bases thanks to full shared unit control. The computer AI handles idle peasants and will occasionally do some micromanaging for you, but you'll still get to build four bases and four armies.
