I cannot make units move viz rally points past a certain distance from the training building, any way around this?

Im looking for a creep path for TDs and Team Survival style maps.
I use the "Unit enters region" "issue order targeting a point/unit" triggers aswell but they have the same problems

Neutral hostiles do this. Nothing to do with rally points in particular.

Oh, in case it wasn't obvious in what that function did, it allows you to do unusual things with certain players (e.g allow non-creep player units to give their bounties when they die)
