Lightning Elemental for fun

Dunno if anyone is interested but i wanted to load it up somewhere so i could remember how overpowered it was before i completely nerfed it.

So ever since i saw Jigrael's lightning elemental model i've been wanting to make this electrolytic hero and watch it spout lightning everywhere. Here is the result.

Kinda cool. Liked the music more than the footage, though.

Neat. I wish you would have designed the hero to be more than random-ass lightning bolts flying everywhere, though. Cool to see people using his model, though, it really is just that badass.

We should have an informal contest where we battle for the coolest hero use of that model. Seriously, it would be epic.

Ability 1: MEGA-THUNDER-LIGHTNING-ELECTRIC SPINNING AURA
Abilities 3-X: ad nauseaum

Or something like that. Probably better names than mine, though. :P

But yes, it would be cool. I'm surprised it has made this much of an impact, quite honestly. (although looking back, I was pretty psyched too, the first time I saw it... :P)

It'd be informal and without a contest reward or icon, just for kicks. That means there wouldn't be any of those formal rules and you wouldn't have to remake anything.
I just want to show people how it's done. :p

Rising_Dusk: heh well i designed this hero to be a self sustaining yet fragile (less than half the hp of other heroes at max level) powerhouse. And if used correctly making him nearly unkillable even when stun locked as saw in the video. I'll post the abilities.

Kyrbi0: yep i don't normally like flashy but... i couldn't help it on this model.

Summary of abilities. My lightning elemental comes with 2 skills, jolt which just stuns for a short time and 'Energy Absorption' which makes him immune to damage (5 seconds) and converts 10% of magic damage into hp. He has the standard 'chain and forked lightning' but with a catch. The level of those skills give a (10% x level of skill) chance that the skill will be cast on attack (although doing only 75 damage both the elemental and his ultimate utilizes these skills) and heal the lightning elemental for a small amount of hp. The skill Static discharge greatly increases his mana regeneration but damages the lightning elemental and adjacent enemies.

His ultimate is currently named 'Monsoon' for simplicity although it's description in game is huge. It summons 4 lightning storms at max level(4). Storms have the same chance of casting chain, forked lightning as the lightning elemental does on attack and heals also. Storms have a 5% chance to do 200 bonus damage and a 20% chance to stun for 4 seconds (1 on resistant skin/hero). 10 second cooldown. When cast again it pulls the storms to the elemental and heals him for the damage dealt by the storms (if you haven't figured it out yet, based on 'locust' ability) The skill has a hefty mana cost and 4 second cast time 1 for each storm.

All his abilities when combined together is the ultimate synergy of power... Well at least it's incredibly fun and adrenaline packed when your playing with my lightning elemental.

The map was kinda a test map but i've put so much into it that it's become fun to play with my bro's on LAN. Unfortunately the lightning elemental is the favorite.

You should post the abilities in a more condensed format that's easy to read. Then we can go over it and see what's up.
