Stackable Buffs

I'm trying to make some stackable buffs with icons that have a number on them . I tried many ways to make the numbers look right but it was useless . Where can I find a tutorial about this or can somebody help me ?

Have your own buffs and apply them with different Tornado Aura-based abilities manually depending on the level of the buff.
