Contrast? Not a portal.

This was done as an example for The Picture 2 at Hive Workshop.

It's not really supposed to be anything specific, I called it Heaven and Hell (which doesn't really fit the concept), just an example of what you could do with what was given.

Very nice :) The only thing I don't like is the arch. It's too bright in my opinion.

Well the arch was part of what we were given at first and we weren't allowed to change it.

i don't like the ugly beams of light coming from the sun though, you that sun model way too frequently and it rapes your screenshots

Gotta disagree on this one, although somewhat odd, the beams of light do give the shot a nice ambience, as if the forest part would be entering little by little to the red cave.

its very nice. my biggest problem with it is the entrance to the cave, the tiles don't change enough so there's a kind of "warp" with the distances. its also too abrupt...

Those braziers are amazing, one of my favorite parts about the terrain.
