Do An OrderID Comparison On SpellBook?

I have tried detecting when the spellbook activated and it doesn't reconize "spellbook" ID so i figured that I would have to use the true form OrderID of it's Integer value but for some reason i'm getting confused setting it up.

What i'm trying to achieve probably isn't possible even with this though. You know how you can press the spell book's hotkey and then the book opens giving you list of spells?

I'm trying to detect when the book is simply open. Not when one of its spells are activated.

So i figured that I would use that "Order ID" in the object properties.

What do you think?
