Alright, so for those of you who've seen the screenshots of the diabolical environment screenshots I made weeks ago.

I can tell you that this texture (once finnished) will be featured in a upcoming mod. emjlr3 is working on some great spells, and I take care of the art related issues.

So, to enlighten you of our progress let's start by introducing the Barbarian.

The Barbarian overcomes his enemies with pure brute force.
Shown below with only the basic color overlay.

This could be really cool if you actually finished it. Anyways, the concept coloring looks fine, let's see some depth go into it now. :)

Quoted for truth.

Yarr, I'll wait until it's more finished before commenting, layout looks good though.

Hehe

I might have a lot going on these days. But I usually finnish it (occassionally).
Having so many projects (like I have) means you sometimes have to skip X one day and move onto Y instead. Not to mention real-life's there too...

Thanks for posting y'll. I update this thread real soon!

Stay tuned!

Maybe it's just me, but I thought it was only the *flag* that wasn't alphable.
And not the *teeth*. Has it always been like this? (it most likely has).

Keep in mind that the preview shown above is not final.

could prolly use a scar or two on his face and some war paint (blue perhaps) - would be nice to get rid of the teeth - and the lower hair could use more detail, though I am sure you will get to that

Of course. Patience. Once I'm done with this I shall start workin' on the Wizard.

Any other suggestions?

Well, I guess some red warpaint in a runic shape would be cool. Warpaint really is a minor detail, though, it would make more sense to be building the main structure of the texture now and detail it with warpaint afterwards. My thoughts, anyways. So far so good. :)

looks to be little more intricate, but consolidated to the right side only

also - I am not sure yet if I want to use that model for the Wiz - so hold off on that for now

Not possible. The unwrap duplicates the face to fit the entire head part.
If there got to be some warpaint, it will be on both sides of the face I'm afraid.

About the Wizard, yes I have another model in mind for that too.
The Sorceress model perhaps?

I am.

Might want to add Model Editing too. Because I need to remove the flag, teeth and add spikes on his shoulderpads.
Although, I'll need some help with that :)

hwell, if you're gonna do a model edit, you've got the opportunity to make the face non-mirrored and remove the teeth as well :)

Layout looks good so far, he looks a bit crosseyed though.
