Goblin Techtriarch

This was was an idea for a warcraft 3 goblin hero, basically he is a hero who combines magic and tech to harass his enemies. for an attack animation i was thinking he fires a magic projectile from his left hand, think of how a composer using his hand to conduct. the book or tome he carries levitates and his Arcane Coils on his back constantly discharge arcane energies, he may Zzap target spellcasters and drains them of their mana and stuns them. His walk animation would hover like the Sorceress of the Human Alliance has, but the cloak ripples more as he moves. Just a simple Idea.
