Looks pretty good, but the geomedry of the legs is really awkward.

Oh yeah, you use 3dsMax9, too... What program(s) do you use to animate & take the model to Wc3? Is it that "dexporter" thing?

^I know it's not for Wc3, but chances are you use the same programs for both. :P... Milkshape, I'll have to look into that.

Dude how the heck do you texture low poly models in Zbrush? If you don't use ZAppLink, then how?
