hey guys, at first i have to say sorry, cause i didnt update the skin when i said... i had many problems with my studies... but now i've made the chances and i hope you like it. a short description: Its a Bavarian - Clown - Abomintion. At first i have to say yes the pants arent very clownish, but they are bavarian! many people dont get that. Bavaria is the south east part of Germany. For all who havent got it up to now i ll add a pic of bararian clothing. The clownpart in this skin should be clear. Well i tryed to make the abo-stomach-part to a mouth and gave the abo rusty bloody weapons! I hope you like it! Update: - Light up weapon (added blood here) and arms (improved haireffect) - Darkned shirt - Connected the rope with arm and the hook - Added some blood to the arm Files: - .Blp skinfile - Screenshot(with ingame parts) - .Jpg skinfile Path: Textures\Abomination.blp Have fun with the skin and the bavarian guy! ![]() |

The wrap on the pants is strange. |

Why the bavarian-clown mix? I just can´t get that. Just pick one. The skin overall is really blurry (especially the face), and i don´t like that noise you made on those arms. It also looks like you abused the sharpen tool on the hook, weapon and that stomach hole. |

For what it's worth, I like it. |

whats so bad on a clown with bavarian pants? i think its a unique idea. cause everyone make only one theme in a skin. well its my first real skin and yes i had really problems with the blur, cause i painted in 256x256. so the other people said i just need to use the shapning tool what i did. and the noise on the arms should be hair. i think it apears clearer in the screenshots. the face is imo ok, cause it should be ugly makeup where you dont need highdefinition. and btw the screen is in .jpg... which makes it blury too. i know that isnt the best, but its my first freehandskin. next time i'll paint in 512x512 or 1024x1024 and dont use gimp, as i did this time. |

Probably is just me, but the bavarian and clown just don´t mix. I mean, i just can see a boring clown with brown clothes. The resolution is not the problem of the blurryness. Also, like I said, you abused the sharpening tool, so it looks really messy. The noise doesn´t look like hair, if you want hair, you draw that, don´t rely on some awful filter. And I didn´t said the head should be highdefinition, I said thatit needs to be less blurry, which can be fixed by using a harder brush. Anyway, seems like you don´t want to hear any crits, well too bad, do whatever you want. |

Ok, no problem :). Like i said about the concept, it´s just MY opinion, you can choose to ignore that if you want :P. And i never said i disliked the skin, just gave some suggestions to improve it, it does have potential. About the "boring clown" part, i said that because the clothes, which are supposed to be bavarian, look really "clownish", although with the lack of the colors-fest for the eyes. I mean the only REALLY clownish part in the skin is the face, and yet, it´s what can define the actual concept on the model. As for the face, is probably the lack of features on it, try to define the face a bit more and then do the makeup. You have something like this going on on the clothes. To fix the blurryness, just use sharp brushes, like i said in the other post. The unsharp mask should be used when you are done, and it has to be really soft, or else it makes those weird junky pixels. Dunno if you checked this tutorial, but it really helped me when i started with this shit, i keep spamming it everywhere (Thank you TDR :P). But yeah, keep it up, I´d like to see an update when you have the time. |

Creepy, a very odd combo, however whether the mix doesn't work or does I think that's a matter of opinion, but it is too blurry. |

I'll go ahead and move this to WIP texture development until it's updated a bit. When you've updated it, PM me and I'll move it back. |

IMO, this looks pretty sweet, but not quite finished. But I still really like it. The only crit I can offer is what Nirvana said :P |
