Revives and Continues

Hey, i remember seeing somewhere either a tutorial or a demo map on how to make revives and continues in a maze. But ive searched for it for a really long time and havent seemed to find anything. I think it was by ragingspeedhorn but im not sure. Does anyone know of the whereabouts of this tutorial?

Yeah, I made a demo-map back in 2005 but I think it got lost over the passage of time. I could quickly whip up a new one though, if desperately needed.
