Teamcolour with transparent overlay

hey all!
i got a really bad problem with teamcolor!

I made a composite material with the base as tc and an overlay of another texture (made it full alpha, because the parts i wanted to use where not alpha)

It works... well, it does when applyed to a plane while my character meshes are hidden! But if i unhide them (without doing anything with the plane) it gets messed up!
And it doesnt work on the parts i intended to use it on, only on the plane...

Help plz!

Well. you could remove the team glow, and add it later with mdl editing.

i guess it'd be a bit difficult, wouldnt it?
but i could try with magos... hmm...

nobody else any idea?

1% alpha? I've always wonder whether or not that showed up as alpha or team color.

Before viewing the model try checking the "compute bounds" checkbox... if it still looks like that try playing with the materials...
