Sea Elemental Orb Attack

Ok I have an sea elemental hero with this spells:
wave, summon elementals, water turbulence (aoe damage)

I need some kind of water-based special attack for him.
Something that triggers on attack.

But I apsolutely have no idea what, +rep if you do.

Slippery When Wet - The target attacked unit becomes wet for X seconds. While wet, the target can slip when he moves.

Slipping is like the one in Tropical Tag.

No, I will have to elaborate on that one. Basically the Jungle Stalker in Tropical Tag had an extra high movespeed but this was compensated for by the fact that he would "slip" occasionally and slide (like DotA's Greater Bash) briefly. I'll pull up the trigger if you're interested, though be warned it is in JASS.

Not interesting, I already have a tons of those in the map.

Inundate: Gives a chance on attack to flood the attacked unit, silencing and causing splash damage in a small AoE. Knocks back as well in that AoE.

Looks like you don't want knockback. But it's an idea.

Maybe a buff that lasts 8 (or something) seconds on the attacked target. Units with this buff take double damage (or some value...) from his other water attacks. This way, if the player controlling the hero attacks a couple different targets, he can focus on a group of casters and take them out with wave.

Dang, just as I was posting. :/ Ah well, can't hurt.

Irrigate - Each attack made by the (name?) has a chance to flow on to other enemy units, dealing damage and slowing (i.e. like a chain)

Ebb and Flow - Every X seconds, the (name?)'s attacks will ebb and flow, dealing more or less damage depending. (i.e. every 10 seconds, his attack switches from a slow-but-powerful 'water bomb', to a speedy-low-damage 'water spurt' attack.

The hero already has ebb and flow skills lol. (the map is pyramidal defence, the hero is elemental king)

Anyone has a good name for that water buff?
Water curse just sounds too plain.
