change orc skin to human skin

hey i'm editing green skin of grunt, how i change it to color like "human skin", i use photoshop. thanks

And what I would do is open a human skin from the game, take the color from that using the..dropper tool? Or ..whatever its called
And then set the paintbrush to color instead of normal
