Hey I edited a model with 3Dmax. I edited Medivh. I am getting rid of the hood staff, and knife. I added the rest of his skull and made a mask. I'm basically converting Medivh to Magneto for a new dota ish marvel mod that will be coming out next fall. this is my first model i am assigned 3 models. I finished everything converted everything however, when i put it into WC3 Viewer nothing shows up... Also if you are using a WC3 character as your base can you use their animations too? Please advise

Nuclear Arbitor
make sure you unwraped him,
make sure he has a texture,
make sure the texture is an exponential of two (2^x),
try it in the world editor, wc3 viewer doesn't count,
yes you can use in game animations, i think there's a tutorial on here.
