First of all, i hope i'm not in the wrong post... Sorry if i am!!! ok, i created a Castle realistically scaled to the units, at least the footman will be able to enter the entrance of the Castle! (hope you know what i mean) AND what i want to do is to make the Castle attacking different direction! eg. East side of the Castle will attack 3 units at once when 3 units came ONLY from the east side of the castle, West side of the Castle will attack 3 units at once that came ONLY from the west side! That means west side will not attack east side's enemies!!! hope you know what i mean... Sorry for my explanation! Is there any way or trigger to do this? |

How does a castle attack? That is unclear. Supposing you have guard towers/turrets as part of the structure, space them far enough apart so that eastside enemies are out of range of the westside towers. If instead you mean units that guard the castle on either side, make sure the two groups of defenders are far from each other's target acquisition range so that one group under attack will not assist the other. This assumes you are not running an AI for the player, which makes the solution more complicated than I care to describe here. (That involves working with AI and not triggers.) |

Trigger attacks - no auto-aquire - periodic updating; either attack once command, or attack target until dead / out of target area then switch/stop. |

sorry for the unclear explanation! Erm...... Did you watch Lord of the Ring? The Castle were surely occupied by soldiers and they can fire enemies... I can make the Castle attack if you doubt it! I just don't know how to make it hit several enemies on several directions! Thanks for the reply and I'll try it out Captain... |

Do you mean making it so that the castle can attack multiple units? I haven't got the slightest idea what exactly you're trying to accomplish. |
