does anyone know if there is some setting in the unit editor that means that a unit is lost when building a certain stucture like the Wisps when building ancients thing? Or is it hardcoded so I have to replace the wisp? Doesn't matter if I do have to replace the wisp I just wondered. I suppose I could have a trigger to remove the unit once it finishes building the structure though couldn't I? Well anyway any help would be welcome |

i think its hardcoded for wisps to be removed. There's a work around where you make an orc peon look and sound like a wisp and give it the same buildings to build (the peon also dissapears into the building when building it so it works the same way) fr0ggE |

Have you tried using the 'ancient' flag as one of the unit properties in the editor? It's just an idea that popped into my head at the time, but it might work. I'll have a quick look. ~kharma |
