How to change Border?!?

Well since new DotA is released , and some of you probabbly heard about it .

Well on topic
When any ability is in cooldown , it changes the border to black , and when it's near to fill again , it slowly changes the border color to white . How did they manage to do that? Border - the around icon (white thing).

If someone explains , I will give +rep.

I would take a guess and say it is probably a custom cool-down model/animation.

that sounds interesting ...damn looks like i would have to download DotA to see it in Action ..well ok ..

Hmm I don't really now what that is , but its really good.

I took a look at the map what I said is exactly what they did.

Somebody finally found that damn command icon model so they could bugger around with it? I looked for it a while ago, but never turned anything up.

so anything knows the path now ?? ..

you dant have to change "that" ...
you would have to extract those files out of the war3.mpq they are in, edit them, and then import them into your map with these paths.
