Sorry for the 2 month long "Not Present on the Forums" thing. But, I got a bit bored and took 2 months to rethink and revise a LOT of things. Either way, half of last month I spent to work stuff out personally. (Tide, I took your advice and worked some things out myself.) Minor Issues & Questions : PLASMA MORTAR This weapon fires a BIG blue fireball that scorches anything it hits and leaves scorched earth behind. Making it work is no problem, the problem here is does anyone know what model I should use for the scorched, blue ground? This weapon uses Burning Oil to emulate the effects. ION CANNON The Ion Cannon would be what I consider the ultimate MAIN weapon in the map. Any ideas on how an Ion Cannon should work? Should it fire a very WIDE death beam (Which I believe the skull mage's or couatl's attack could be used for.) or should it be one BIG bolt? Either way, it'll almost certainly whatever it hits. Also, should it be green or blue? GRAV-SHOT MINE Probably the wierdest thing I've ever though up. It is meant to shoot whatever steps on it into ORBIT. By the time they reach the ground again, they'll probably be dead. (Then again, I don't think anyone will survive being shot into orbit.) The question is, does the air time function on the Impale ability affect how high a unit will go? If it does not, this weapon will probably be scrapped unless anyone has a solution. To deal with the Heroes being put out of commission part, Heroes will only be stunned. MAJOR PROBLEMS : ABILITIES STOP WORKING Occasionally some abilities will stop working, most of the time I just need to redo the whole thing. But on some cases they stop working... PERMANENTLY. This has affected all my Flamethrowers and just recently the took some time to develop EMP Charge. What do you think caused these abilities to jam up? IMPORTS DELETE THEMSELVES WITHOUT WARNING I think that the title stated the whole thing. What do you think caused this as well? For now these are my only problems, this list will be updated when more problems arise. |

Also, is there ANY POSSIBLE WAY to make a unit just stay still when casting a channel without taking the controls away? And, as most people know, if a unit has no default attack, it will run when attacked, what should I do in order to stop them from moving even when under attack? It's very inconvenient to aim and then have your aim screwed up. |
