Hey, I recently made a model of a barricade that will be used to block out zombies from getting through a window but because I made it completely in vertex modeler, I cant animate it correctly in Warshape or Warforger. I am wanting to animate each board to fall to the ground in 1-2 second intervals as one long animation (five boards, so about 10-12 seconds total). The problem is, the whole model wants to animate instead of each individual board I select. I attached the model as well as an image below to display what it is and also have the file available to anyone who may want to figure out what I messed up but I have the feeling it may be because I have the whole model as one geoset or the whole model just has one bone and I dont know how I would separate it into geosets or add additional bones as I dont have 3dsmax. Thanks |

Maybe you should rig it. |

Sorry, I'm not sure exactly what you mean. ^_^ |

i dont have max here, as i'm in university... but i guess that you only used one bone for all boards, or all boards are one geoset... might want to check that! |

yeah, i downloaded milkshape and realized I had no bones but the problem now is, when I try to animate it in milkshape, I dont know where to choose which animation to animate. like stand, attack etc. i can animate it fine but to animate for a specific animation i cant figure out. I have the import and export scripts and it works fine except I cant figure out the whole animate stand etc. |
