Request - naga mirmidon -> Yuan-ti

Hi there.What I need is naga mirmidon model but narrow and without "scales" on his back.It may be like a Yuan-ti,a creature from Forgotten Realms.And without weapon.

And second request like this:It's same like the first one but little different.

I need it for my map so If someone has a time to do this,answer me here please.

I don't want to say a lot of my map but what I can say i'ts a rpg from Forgotten Realms world.I'm trying to make it interesting with nice story and quests that force people to think more(how to defeat an enemy).It's real warcraft rpg with nice terrain(city,dungeons,forests,houses,caves),story,a lot of quests,special thinqs(for example drinking challange).
If someone want to do this models,I can write more about this map on PM.
