How to convert bmp/tga/jpg to blp - another way?

I used to convert .bmp/.tga/.jpg to .blp through wc3viewer. But now I somehow can't convert it like that. When I try to do it, the .blp is all transparent, like covered in alpha channel (but the alpha channel is all white in photoshop, I checked)

So, is there some other way to convert images into blp, besides wc3viewer?
