Reducing Skin Filesize

fX_	I'm gonna import a lot of skins to replace default ones of the Orc units. Is there a way to reduce their filesize collectively?

fX_	Yes, I know. But all the usage part says is BLPaletter [ asda \| ] ... When I open it it just closes and I can't figure how to run it by the Run utility of Windows and I can't think of any other way to run it.
