Max is fucking up

Hey guys, Max 5 is fucking up. When starting, this happens. Max 2009 works fine. Anyone tried this? How to solve?

xXm0rpH3usXx	try to reboot your system, it'll clean your cache... looks like he's already overcharged! if nothing helps -> reinstall!

Shadow_killer	Customize -> Custom UI and Defaults Switcher -> UI Scheme (at least in 3ds max 9)
