Title stated above. |

I believe he questioned a (potentially) rogue moderator, just like †-Revellion-† and his case against General Frank over at the Hive. He seemed miffed that his spell was graveyarded without any good reason, and that the moderator approved an almost identical resource that he had made. |

Well that's bad news for me , he helped me alot over here. |

He helped alot of people. |

Since when is questioning a bannable offense? If so, then I should have been banned like 5 times already. I'm hoping he did something else too, because that's really not a good excuse to ban someone, nor do I think it's backed by the rules. |

Sorry, but have to be a GOOD reason to ban someone, the admin and mods can go round and round banning people, 'cause is not fair. I think the staff need to tell the people why was zombie banned, and the people have to judge if is fair or not. |

Yeah he's good, ridiculous to get banned unless he did something really terrible. |

idea supportd, freedom of information blah blah. Tell us mods |

Okay, he was already pretty much on approaching the stage of getting banned last week after going on a random personal attack on me. Then he started going on a personal attack on moyack. While some of his points were possibly valid, and certainly at least proper subjects for discussion, making them in the way he did, such as putting it in T&S deliberately, knowing it was the wrong forum, and, worse, personal attacks on moyack, simply wasn't acceptable. WC3C is always willing to accept criticism put forward in the right place (aka: site discussions for general points, PMs for specific things; either with the mod involved or the admin for that section, or, if they are already involved, any admin). This is the same as almost all sites. Personal attacks, however, are simply not acceptable. He was warned time and time again. |

So when will you unban him or is it a perm ban? |

valid enough reason. |

Valid point, but however, xombie was a very valuable user. Wasn't it enough to heavily penalize him in rep (or even 0ed it), just to keep a valid and helpful member? We're running out of quality members... (no offense intended to the others, of course) Ok, I understand, the law must be the same for everyone, right? |

True enough , wc3 is dead enough as compared to THW or TheHelper.... It is usually the same old dude , (Rising_Dusk, Vexorian , Moyack,Pyrogasm,Micheal Peppers,Captain Griffen , General Frank and some other which I forgot) He was pretty much the "triggers and script moderators as he basically helped everybody in there so I think he should be unbanned and let him be a trigger and script moderator , I am sure that most people would agree here. |

It's still better than THW, and possibly TH. |

Good things about xombie: - He helped, a lot. - He was so active that hardly he could sleep (obsessive behavior). - He was doing this because he was not only helping you, but helping himself in the sense of influencing with his point of view to this site. - Because he was so confident about his knowledge, then he decided to impose his presence to the staff and tell us how we have to do the things (AKA arrogance). Now the good things are not good... But the bad things comes when somebody (like Griffen and me) didn't say yes to all the things that he said. And the things get worst when I graveyarded his timed effects taking in account that I gave my reason which IMO is still valid. He just couldn't stand that and he started to attack all my threads, AKA taunt me. You know the end of the story. I'm no moderator anymore because I decided to quit, because I'm conscious that I committed a mistake approving my own resources based in other precedents, falling in the error that my criteria was enough to approve them, and I started acting like xombie, AKA imposing my point of view to other moderators (Check the comments in DeadEye spell pack made by Dusk, for example) So tell me wraithseeker, objectively, a person who reacts in this way can be a moderator?? A moderator have to help but at the same time have to be diplomatic and totally coherent with the site rules. |
