Spell Steal compatible Spells

Title says it all.

But, is it possible to do so? Cause I remember Daelin from ages back submitting a spell which was Spell Steal compatible, or so I thought it was.

(Spell Steal takes a buff from a unit (positive if enemy, negative if ally) then places it on another unit (if the target has a positive buff, ally vice versa). It's on the Spell Breaker.

Daelin's spell convinced me spell steal was to be banned...

To achieve compatibility like Daelin did, you need to periodically pick all units that have a buff, and fi they lost it, you pick all units within spell steal cast range, and find if any acquired the buff recently, then there was spell steal, add the new unit to the targets pool, and continue,.
