I need help with image extractor

I had it working well unitl i reformatted my hd, and now it says that i have a system error with many odd numbers. Any one can help me?

Have you installed the Visual Basic Runtime files?

no idea what they are or where to find them

just installed vb pack 4 and runtime pack 3
its still says sytme error

Ok, a common problem. You must have image extractor, Storm.dll,
comdlg32.ocx and ijl15.dll all in a PRIMARY folder, like My Docmunets is a good place for it.

nope, i have both of those files. and the stuff is in my documents. Its all good up to the running, where that annoying error comes up.
