Something i picked up when i was browsing this forum was heavens modifications to the miscdata.txt file which it much easier to make nice terrain when using the Raise tool. So i think that shoul be added to the tips and if it isn't it's always a good thing to know. Open MPQ prog. and open up miscdata.txt Change the line that says something like maximum slope degree and change it to 84 Like this: // Maximum slope in degrees, (86+ will disable slope limits) MaxSlope=85 Further down edit the maximum height and uhh, bottom of the mountains. Like this: // Global height limits // 0 = low ground, each cliff level = 128 MaxHeight=2048 MinHeight=-2048 Credits to Heaven for showing me this.. -Drink milk, be happy |
