I hate spiders, so I never use them in my projects. But since they're a valuable non-humanoid enemy model resource, I was trying to make something that wasn't a spider out of the spider... My initial concept was a "Proto-Drakk Pod", the ammunition for the Drakk Laser in Unreal II: The Awakening. Then it turned out that what I was imagining looked nothing like that anyway, and I couldn't seem to get anything down beyond a big squid-like abdomen and the reduction to four legs. And then I thought, "mmm, Zelda", and made a Tektite. No, they do not have a jumping animation. Yes, the eye wanders (slightly drunkenly) and blinks. They're global-sequence, so yes he continues to look and blink after death; however, I believe the dead-pose masks this enough that it is not important. This is a small creep model, not a hero or boss, so it is liable to look awful if you scale it up considerably. These are not to be modified or redistributed (beyond inclusion in your project). These are a WC3C exclusive resource and I wish them to remain that way. If your friends want these models, direct them here. |

Jump anim plox. However, Zelda is almost always a home-run. Very neat. :P |

I have wanted to make a (WC3-styled) carnivorous plant model for some time, but the base models just aren't there. The closest is the Naga sea serpent tower thing, but it's too tall and with ranged animations. I'm not sure if could hack at it with Warforger, every time I try something like that it ends up breaking. |

That's why you have old and trusty MDLVIS, which never breaks (the russian version doesn't, at least). |

I think this is definitely good enough for the database. Approved. |

Very nice! Very nice! Would you also be interested in making a floormaster model?:p Argh I hate asking this since you probably have your own things. But anyway a great job on this model, really like it haha very funny and freaky one. ![]() Floormaster |
