Ehm...
I started a topic in Developer's corner\\Warcraft editing tools
Problem is I can't see it.

It's on the front page, but clicking the link only spawns a vBulletin message "Invalid Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator"
And clicking on the user name's link (the dude who last posted there) leads to the same message, but with User instead of Thread.
Also, I can't see it in the list anywhere.

Any idea what's going on?
(I do hope I can see this message, could someone PM me if I don't answer in a while?)

I've got a similar problem, but with replys.
After submitting one I get redirected to the thread-overview but there is no now post written by me.

I can see this thread. Could just be "NUAH" syndrome (New Users Are Hidden).

I believe the site took some steps to prevent hackers and spammers and the like after that big controversy thing.

After one month you will be able to post, dont worry. New users are auto hidden for their first month, its a defense against spammers.

We actually validate users far earlier than a month if they post reasonable things in their first month.

It's just site-wide moderation of posts. When a new user joins, all of his posts are moderated (hidden) from all users except admins/mods. Once a staff member sees a moderated post and decides the user is legit (and not a bot/spammer/advertiser/retard), the post is 'approved', and all future posts by the user appear as normal.

The reason you can see your posts is because you posted it.

We switched to this system recently, but before there was a global ignore list.
