Does Warcraft Exploits can be found at 1.21b patch?

I am juz curious about this exploits.. I had wonder this problem occur before but I cun believed these kinds of exploits can occur in real. So, anyone can tell me does this exploits can be found in version 1.21b??

It can, but likely needs to be made specifically for that version; since you can't get on bnet with this version I'd say you're unlikely to be targeted and even if you are, you'd have to download and run a map with the exploit in order for it to affect you.
