I've recently noticed that tutorials aren't getting anywhere in terms of approving\rejecting. I'm not sure why, though. Who is the Tutorials moderator? There are tutorials from 2008 that haven't got moderated yet, iirc.
PitzerMike. I'll see if he needs some help or there's some reason it's been sitting there (sometimes you don't want to GY a resource, but also don't want to approve it...erm, don't look at the map section please. :P).
It's a tough line to interpret between whether a resource is 'good enough' and simply not. Some resources can be sorted easily, but ones on the border are really iffy and generally take awhile to get dealt with. As Griffoo said, check out any of the other resource sections for examples.
