i have absolutely no experience with wc 3 world editor and i honestly never thought i would get this far i just got so tired of no1 making follow up on the first game which i though was the greatest game of its kind that was ever made so i decided to make it myself even though i have no skill t all i have a few ideas on how to improve gameplay though but i have finished the biggest obstacle making the income work even though i must admit i coppied alot of script from the first game the basic idea of the game is somewhere between risk and lords of europe where every region gives g and u can make buildings like in lords of europe but the number of g u have is alot lower and there is no wood and regions r taken by stepping on em like in risk improvements from first game alot more units will be added alot bigger map ships removed markets (they encouraged mass alliances) special units for each country (im not sure if i will add this to the beta though) that is it for the first release since i made the map from ground up the map is also gonna need alot of balancing im also gonna add countrys like the ones in risk but u will still earn income from regions islands and sea regions to make ships more important unit upgrades upgrades making banks give a % of your gold instead of just a preset amount (i have no idea if this is possible or if i can do it please tell me if his is not possible) apart from theese there will be some smaller changes in gameplay if u have any ideas please tell me i dont want anyone else to mod on this map before the beta is done though and if anyone knows how the version thing works you know where you say ver. 4.2 as an example i have no idea how that works lets hope this wont look to much like anything else |
