That looks pretty good IMO. Might want to work on those egg (?) units a bit more -Av3n |

Is that what those orb-shaped things are? I couldn't tell. I'm really interested to see what you do for the buildings, personally. It'd be really cool if one of the other hero models you went with was kind of like Gohma. Looks pretty sweet so far, though; keep it up. :) |

Very nice. I especially like the mother spider thingy. Although, does it only occurs to me that the Wc3 font is different in the French version than in the English or German one? |

Just when you think you've seen everything Callahan can do, he goes and does something better. |

These are cocoons. Blue ones are normal cocoon and white ones are Royal breed cocoon. The Broodmother produce larva wich morph into cocoons. Cocoons can morph into units or into a royal breed cocoon. |

Ah cool. Hey, I have some stuff that might help/add to this; a WIP Nerubian UI from Ominous Horizons that could be reworked, and loads of information/ideas (some other models, too, though I know you can certainly model all your own). Guht luhck. |

Interesting... I like it, design-wise... keep on it! BTW I guess a lot of people here would be interested in testing/supporting this if it becomes something more concrete. In other words, if you need anything a lame coder like me could do, don't be afraid to ask. And... let us see some more nerubian magic you just modeled. ![]() |

You should find more textures for them units, unless you want stuff to get painfully repetative. |

What might be cool and save room would be to have a basic "Larva" model, with 2 sets of Morph/Alternate anims; one set (Morph, Stand Alternate, Death Alternate, Spell Atlernate (for spawning the unit)) for the "regular" coccoons, and then another for the "royal" coccoons. I'm pretty sure it would work, using "Morph" and "Morph 2" (with triggers to force anims). Also, check out this map for a Nerubian UI; might need some work, but certainly a good base. It's from Ominous Horizons, made by Kirthi (lyer?). |
