Doesn't matter if it's rock/stone or city terrain, you can build anything on it now. Create a folder in your war3 dir called TerrainArt Caps where needed, and put the attached file into it. |

Scio, add that to the UMS WE. Btw, the correct path is "TerrainArt\Terrain.slk" Good job FyreDaug . |

that's what I meant, they should have created the folder called TerrainArt, then put this file in there. |

Yeah, good work Fyre. Although, I hope you're not meaning to add it as a permanent fixture to UMS Black. Perhaps as something optional, as I know I don't want building to be placed on all terrain types in all my maps. ~kharma |

Well once you get into path painting, you can change it to work with not building, just do the pathing in Zepir's. Oh and Scio, get a path painting thing in your editor. I don't like Zepir's because it eats all my files in my map archive and changes them to unknowns. And if you can't get around WE restoring the pathing map after you save, have an export function added to take the .wpm file out and store it locally. |

Guest | i actually found this out a while ago... this is excellent for boat maps(make everything unflyable except sand witch you can you for a beach, you can also use a log bridge to make a dock, but no one wnats to make boats in wartcraft III for some reason :( ). all you have to do is put the changed file in the boat map and your done!!! |

Well Fyre, if anyone has any similar problems like you with Zephir's, doing the path painting in it is sort of a null point, wouldn't you agree? :ggani: ~kharma |

Yeah I've been using this for a while without even realizing it, and I didn't know if anyone else had found it out previously so I decided to post it up. If anyone figures out how to change unmovable tiles (like dirt and snow) and make them movable that would be great. |
