At the risk of sounding like a broken record:

You know all that fine detail is going to be obliterated ingame. Remember that what you can see at more than half the size of the screen in Magos does not accurately represent the detail you'll get on a 1cm high model in wc3.

Otherwise it's fine, sound concept and all. Keep it up!

so long as detail aint lost in cinematic and it is readable from afar, this would rock.

Needs more contrast on some parts, and tha face looks kinda funny (mostly because of the eyes placement). But so far looking good, this has some potential.

I assume you'll make them bat wings, demon wings, etc, something of the sort

Are you familiar with Kain, Archangel? He was a skinner who would often go on ego-trips and haunted the ToB forums. He designed a Medieval Spawm skin based on the Garithos model which actually looked quite good except for the massive chin.

If you can hunt it down it might give you some inspiration, but it is probably long gone by now.
