Requesting a beard removing from a model

I already contacted the author of this model, and he agreed for letting me(or anyone else) removing his beard, for it would look too Roman for my proj to fit. The model is here:

Again, sorry if i did not introduce myself. I'm subscribed from 2005 at THW. I thought it's a good idea to come here as well. :) Don't be afraid, i won't consider this site a secondary option! ;)

Well, Jigrael didn't modeled anything from the head "under" the beard, so deleting it will result in a hole in his head.

Yeah, he told me something about "texturing". Sorry i'm not a modeler, nor a skinner, so i dunno anything about this.

Texturing=skinning, so yeah. I'm not a skinner so I can't help, sorry :(
