Being good at wc3, showing that you know the rules (for instance not posting stuff in the wrong forum), showing that you can take the responsibility and survive it. Basically, asking this question reduces your chances considerably... Surviving the power and role of being a moderatoris hard, and not just in wc3c. Some people are probably too spoiled or something and can't take the smallest criticism or making the smallest mistake or seeing the smallest disagreement without giving up completely and jumping through a bridge or going forum-emo. It's a mistake when they become mods. |
