Photoshop Color Picker

Hey there,

I was just messing around in Photoshop CS4, when suddenly I nocited my color picker had changed?



This new way is rather irritating to work with.. Now I thought I knew Photoshop, but apparently I can't figure out how to change it back..

So I was wondering if someone here knew how to?
