I'm not a huge fan of the way you did the leaves, they're very linear and monotone. That's not how real leaves work. A good reference, believe it or not, is something Erwt did awhile back for Arasto. Just look at the size of the leaves, the patterns, and the colors in them. You should go for something similar in style with green, fluffy leaves. The roots are alright, though I think the face could use a better structure. Something more coherent and with more shape to it would be great. Roots are cool, and should be a big part of him, but he shouldn't be all roots. That's just repetitive and boring. It's pretty cool on the whole, though. |

I still don´t get why everyone makes the exact same structure on the face as the original faceless, having a huge alpha-able plain in there. That part could have been a lot more original. The body is also really messy and monotone, and the leaves should be bigger, like Dusk said. I like the concept though, but it needs more work. |

It's still got too much of the old Faceless in there, mainly the tentacles protruding out to the side and the top of the head. It definitely needs a new club and loincloth, the bronze on the mace head blends into the colour of the legs and arms. Something you could try is adding some green to the feet, might help tie it together a bit more. The team colour on the shoulders needs to be resolved - it's still the same pattern as the original Faceless and makes no sense with the current design. Either get rid of it, work it into the leaves or add some new armor there to account for it. I think you've missed some opportunities with the alpha-able sections of the model, for example the chains could have become twisted vines. The 'spikes' on the shoulder armor in the original could definitely be turned into leaves for your version as well. Play around a little, see what comes of it. On the whole though, it looks quite nice. Keep it up and this will shine :) |

I'm not sure you can change the club just by editing the texture. Anyways, I made this skin a long time ago, and I don't have the PSD anymore, so I can't really edit it. |
