[Model Request] Play Cards

I need play card models for a map I'm making but I have no idea how to model so I'm requesting it here.


I need 1 model of each of theese. So 1 Heart, 1 Diamond, 1 spade and 1 club. They are for units so icon or shit like that and they should be looked at from above so no tilting.

Here is how they should look.



Edit - I also want the attached model converted / Remade to a file type that I can import into wc3.
