Importing Model HELP!

Can some one please talk me through importing the following model?

I have never imported a model before and would like this one to be the first.. I have been following the import model tutorial on the site but I do not know how to replace the texture paths correctly! Help plz :\

Thank you very much lol... figured it out with this. By the way, the files that I downloaded of here for this model are different then the ones seen on the tutorial. But, with a bit of logic and the guide even I can figure it out... again thnx :)
