It looks more Night-elfy than High-elfy to me, if that even makes any sense.

Beware, as a high elf he shouldn't use too much armor, perhaps some boots are enough, High Elves used more robes, shirts and that kind of things than armor. Colors are fine as long as they don't look too monotone. And you should try changing a bit the cape design, I understand that the BE's cape has one of the worst unwraps on wc3 but it still is skinneable... try something similar to Jaina's Cape for example.

About the boots... They're nice, but the gem on the top looks quite random, perhaps if you try something similar to these gems?:

I dont realy like it. You need to do the clothes more dark.

The boots are coming off kinda nicely, though I'd suggest you go for the silvery look for them entirely, since they are probably metal boots.

For the rest it's too early to say.

Another elf? And the Blood mage AGAIN? I´d seriously would like to see you do something different than what you usually do sometime...

As for the skin, the chest and parts are really plain, and clash alot with those boots. Can´t really say much more, it´s still in a very early stage of texturing.

Yea..I'm actually thinking about just dumping this and redirecting the person requesting this to a skin Anemic did awhile ago for a contest...
This skin is making me tired of the BM, cause I'm skinning an elf...into another elf...again.

It's a shame that pretty much all models that could be skinned into elves have already been skinned thousands of times.
