Abilities that can target non-pathable terrain?

The only ones I can think of are Flare and Farsight.

Anyone know some other ones?

Can't shockwave? And... most other point-target abilities other than Blink, I think.

No, it can't, and no, they can't. Try casting Shockwave (or most other point target abilities) on a cliff. You'll get an error saying "Can't target that point".

How about point-target area of effect spells? Such as blizzard, flame strike, etc. Actually, I don't think flame strike can, but blizzard should.

I'd prefer ones that use the target reticle rather than the AoE indicator
