I've read your tutorials, but they seem to not cover this... Is it possible to turn a tree (Felwood Tree Wall) into a normal doodad. Would cut the save-time for my map with ~50% |

Just change one of the normal doodads models to that of a tree, and add the correct number of variations. |

Tried that with barrens tree wall (Indestructable) as base. It doesn't work, since trees use textures and such stuff. The editor says it cannot load the model file... |

Ah, silly me. After poking around a bit, I can't seem to find a way short of re-importing the models/texture with some edits. |

Just base it off another destructible like say ruins naga circle etc... |

Quote:
*Doodad is not equal to destructible Basing it on a destructible would not help at all, since it is already a destructible. I want to turn it into a Doodad. :) |

Download World Editor Unlimited (you'll have to search for it youself), then use the tool to activate the tree models. Once activated you will find the tree models imported into your map, from where you can export them and import them into your map you want them in. |
